I recently used Datavare NSF to HTML Converter 1.0 and it worked great for converting my Lotus Notes emails into HTML files that I could easily access. At first, I was uncertain that the application could mess up the formatting of my emails, but it kept the structure and attachments just well. Even though it doesn't take longer to process huge NSF files. It is one of the highly recommended solutions.
